Resuming “New Normal” Services

With new safety measures in place, we have resumed our services. Some of our services have slightly changed to ensure we are complying with safety measures.

We are complying fully with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and the safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority.

Our “new normal” Services

  • Reception– Our reception still remains closed but we can be contacted via phone, email, post or live chat on our website.
  • Investment work – We will be in contact with customers directly who are due to have investment work take place in their home.
  • Face-to-Face Meetings– for sign-ups, viewings, inspections and repairs only.
  • PPE– Our colleagues are all following safe systems of work protocols and will wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
