We remain as ambitious as ever and have set out clear goals in our 5-year business strategy with strategic themes of ‘Growing, Greening & Transforming’, plans to build 400 new homes, investing to achieve all homes at Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C (except hard to treat) by 2025 and 80% customer satisfaction. We have also introduced our Customer First Commitment and ‘Lets Make it Happen’ training programme which puts customers at the heart of everything we do at SLH and will provide us with more opportunities to learn from our customer’s experience.

    Investment Delivery Manager Job Description

    As Investment Delivery Manager, you will lead the Project Management Team to provide a ‘Customer First’ focussed service, delivering high quality services on time and to budget.

    Provide operational support to the Head of Property Services. Compliance with the Decent Homes Standard, and delivery of the Energy Efficiency Programme ensuring that all homes attain EPC Band C rating by 2025.

    You will drive value for money principles through the delivery of Planned Maintenance and Improvement Services and will ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers receiving these services.

    You will lead the Section 20 Leasehold Consultation process from Formal Consultation through to Completion.
