  • Investing to achieve all homes at Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band C (except hard to treat) by 2025
  • and 80% customer satisfaction.

We have also introduced our Customer First Commitment and ‘Lets Make it Happen’ training programme which puts customers at the heart of everything we do at SLH this will provide us with more opportunities to learn from our customer’s experience.

    We are looking for several Non-Executive Board Members to join us who share our passion for ensuring quality homes and excellent services.
    We are an ambitious and independent not-for-profit housing association which provides good quality homes in one of the most beautiful areas of the country.

    Our purpose is ‘Quality Homes, a platform for life’, and we have undergone significant transformation to ensure that we deliver a great customer experience, safe and sustainable existing homes and more new affordable homes.

    We are looking for individuals who have appropriate experience and skills who can contribute to our high standard of governance. At least one post will be filled by an individual with one or more of the following skills and experience at the appropriate level:

    • Housing management or asset management at a senior level
    • Customer Service and engagement
    • Construction and/or developing new homes

    We would also be interested in hearing from you if you have other general governance expertise such as finance, legal, data or risk management.

    Applications are also welcomed from individuals with ‘lived experience’ of the service delivered by SLH.

    We will provide any training and support you need to ensure that your time with us is successful.
