South Lakes Housing Appoints New Director of Customer Experience

South Lakes Housing (SLH) has appointed Niki Stockton as its new Director of Customer Experience.

Niki is joining SLH from Warrington Housing Association where she was the Executive Director of Operations.

She has 30 years’ experience in social housing as well as serving as a board director at Irwell Valley Homes in Greater Manchester. Niki is passionate about customer service and the role that good housing has in providing a springboard for life and creating great communities.

Niki brings with her significant skills, knowledge and experience in relation to improving homes, services, working with communities and also development and asset management.

Niki will be overseeing the further development and delivery of an excellent customer experience at SLH and will be the lead to drive forward our Customer First approach to recalibrate our relationship with customers and communities to ensure that the customer experience and outcomes are exceptional. As part of the executive team at SLH, she will lead on customer experience including neighbourhoods, resident engagement, allocations, income management and customer services.
