Services over the Jubilee Bank Holiday

Our Office will be closed over the bank holiday from 5pm on Wednesday 1st June until 9am on Monday 6th June.

If you have an emergency or are in vulnerable circumstances don’t hesitate to call during this time on 0800 303 8540 to speak to our out of hours team. If there is a high volume of calls there may be a longer wait than normal but please bear with the team and they will answer your call as soon as possible.

Don’t forget, you can use your online account to report non-urgent repairs, check your rent balance & make payments
