We are pleased to announce that we have made some improvements to the appearance of “My Account” and added extra functionality.
There has been a new and improved user interface implemented for My Account, this makes it easier for you to navigate around the portal. If you are on mobile and tablet devices whilst using “My Account” then scrolling will now be a lot easier.
My Account will now have available a ‘My Correspondence’ button for you to view any communication previously sent to you from South Lakes Housing. e.g. Text Messages or Emails
There will be a photograph of your property available for you to view when you log a repair, this is dependent upon on whether we hold a photograph of your property.
When you are submitting a repair, you are now able to take photographs of repairs before submitting the repair. These pictures will appear as attachments stored against the repair request under “Attachments”
You will need to contact us before trying to register for My Account and we will send you your Reference number and your Activation Code.
My Account is easy to use, available 24/7 and puts you in control.
