The Minister of State for Housing has published a letter to all social housing tenants on the steps being taken to reopen society and support people to move on with their lives.
The SLH website remains the primary source of information about the services you can expect from your landlord services. We are undertaking emergency repairs, essential Health & Safety works and some external repairs at this time. There is also work underway to prepare for other services to be delivered, including making all of our workplaces (including how we work in homes) as ‘covid-19 secure’ areas, in line with Government guidance. For the time being, we are not undertaking non-essential repairs and will be reviewing this over the coming days and weeks – thank you for your patience in this regard.
