Applications Open for New Homes at Boon Town, Burton-in-Kendal

We are excited to announce that applications for our 28 new build homes at Boon Town, Burton-in-Kendal are going live this week. The development includes a mix of 12 shared ownership and 16 social rent homes with a range of 1 bed apartments, bungalows and 2 and 3 bed houses. The homes will complete in phases between November 2022 and February 2023.

To apply for the rental properties, please register onwww.cumbriachoice.org.uk/. Once the lettings process commences, interested applicants will be able to bid for the properties through the Cumbria Choice Based Lettings website.
