Get Involved
Why does SLH want to work with tenants?
There is a rich history of tenant involvement in SLH, from the establishment of SLH as an arms length management organisation in 2004 to tenants selecting SLH as their landlord in 2011. SLH has a track record of being responsive, able to take on board customer feedback very quickly and improve performance and satisfaction for all tenants.
With listening to tenants the top priority at SLH, a survey undertaken in 2011 revealed that 79% of tenants were satisfied that SLH took their views into account compared to 60% in 2008. SLH will now build on the strengths of active tenant involvement to deliver even better quality services.
Ways to get involved?
SLH wants to enable as many tenants and leaseholders as possible to get involved in influencing decisions about services. There are lots of different ways in which you can have your say. SLH also welcome recommendations from tenants and community groups about how services could be delivered in the future.
Support for Residents' Associations
