At the heart of SLH is our customer experience and how we can involve you with our services. This can be by engaging in events or panels, to listen and shape what we deliver and improve our services and neighbourhoods.

We have many different approaches for residents to engage with us including service focus groups, our online & telephone customer surveys (which take around 2 minutes to complete), our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, estate walkabouts and at Board level.

Being involved is a great way to meet like-minded residents, learn new skills and making your voice heard.

Community funding – We’re proud to be able to support our communities by providing grant funding to help a wide range of projects in our local area. Any tenant can put forward an idea. Tenants present their case and gain support from neighbours and locals in the community, we review the application and see if we can support the idea with our community funding.
