These Independence homes consist of a main block of flats with smaller block forming a courtyard where there are car parking spaces. It overlooks the river where the well-equipped communal lounge enjoys fabulous views. The garden areas are well maintained and offer a place to relax or you may choose to attend events in the lounge!

Edgecombe is very close to the centre of Kendal which is a short walk to the excellent shopping centre with some lovely independent shops and cafes.

As its name suggests these Independence homes are set in attractive gardens with a stunning view of Kendal castle.

There is also a communal garden which is beautifully planted and managed by our residents who also organise events including coffee and chat events in the lounge area.

This is a cluster of flats with ample parking places and communal garden areas as well as individual smaller areas. A very pretty location which is close to amenities and local transport routes.

Set in the heart of Ulverston a short distance from supermarkets and other local amenities Tyson Square has a bustling community facility which offers a range of activities from delicious Sunday lunches sophisticated cocktail evenings.

The blocks of flats are build around a communal area with tables and planted areas where you can relax and catch up with your neighbours too!

This is a lovely and easily assessable area where bungalows are clustered together with communal grassed areas and their own gardens. There are parking spaces and the town centre is easily accessible by foot or car.

Our Independence homes at Binfold are in a lovely setting and are surrounded by gardens and stunning views too!

A short walk or drive takes you into the picturesque village of Kirkby Lonsdale with a whole host of amenities and unusual independent shops and eateries. Its location also offers opportunities for walking and enjoying some lovely scenery.

Lunefield is a lovely group of bungalows in terraces of 5, set in a U shape around a communal grassed areas with parking spaces and individual but manageable small garden areas for the green fingered amongst us! It is also a short walk or drive away from shops and other amenities and also Binfold Croft where activities are offered in the communal lounge.

Our Independence homes in this location are all self contained and are a mix of flats and bungalows with a real sense of community spirit and well placed to easily access the charm that Sedbergh offers with its independent shops and local restaurants and cafes.

The views from some of our properties are stunning with fell views and lots of green open space. A great place if you are interested in walking and being in nature!
