Residents continue to tell us they feel treated fairly and with respect. We’re proud that our colleagues consistently put people first and approach every interaction with care and professionalism.

Feedback around the allocations process and the condition of new homes remains strong. We’re pleased that new residents are feeling confident and supported as they move into their homes.
📞 Customer Hub
Our Customer Hub achieved an impressive milestone this month:
100% of calls were resolved first time.
This means quicker answers, smoother conversations, and less time spent waiting for support.
💻 MyAccount
More residents than ever are choosing to manage their home online.
Seven in ten residents now have an active MyAccount, helping make everyday tasks faster and more convenient.
🔧 Repairs & Improvements
Your feedback shows we need to keep focusing on repairs satisfaction — and we’re doing exactly that. Meanwhile, planned improvement works continue to receive positive feedback, showing real progress in residents’ homes and communities.
