This week, the first of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) surveys for 2025-2026 have begun!!!

We’ll be inviting a randomly selected group of customers to share their feedback on the services we provide as part of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM).

Your views are essential in helping us understand whether we are meeting your expectations and delivering our services to the standard you deserve.

To ensure fairness and confidentiality, we’ve asked an independent organisation, TLF Research, to carry out this survey on our behalf. TLF Research operates in line with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. All responses will be completely confidential and used for research purposes only.

South Lakes Housing will not see individual surveys but will receive a summary report based on overall results.
