Reporting non-urgent repairs:

Where the repair does not present as a danger or compromise the safety of tenants or the property, you can request/report & self-book a non-urgent repair appointment through MyAccount.
Use your mobile, laptop, or desktop computer by selecting a date & time that suits you. MyAccount is the easiest and fastest route for you to request and diagnose a repair using our graphical selection too. This service is also available 24/7.

What happens after you report a repair?

What is an emergency repair?

Emergency repairs are those that are essential to protect your health and safety or to prevent any serious damage to your home

What are planned works and improvements?

These are works required to the home that are large scale, classed as non-urgent or are deemed to be improvements.  They will be inspected and put into Major Works programmes or improvement projects.  There is no defined timescales for when these works will be completed.

How long does it take for a repair to be done?

We aim to complete emergency repairs within 24 hours……  Non-emergency repairs can take up to 28 days……
