The cost to rent a garage is £12.15 per week for South Lakes Housing tenants and £14.58 per week for non-tenants, a one-month advance payment will be required before your agreement is issued. These are the current charges as of April 2024 and they may be subject to change. All charges will be confirmed when we make you an offer.
We advise that are garages are used for vehicles only, as they may not be watertight. All items kept in the garage are the responsibility of the renter so please ensure you have insurance cover for the items stored in the garage.
