Our performance reports help residen  ts understand how we’re doing across key services, including repairs, customer service, complaints, rent collection and antisocial behaviour. They allow us to track progress, identify areas for improvement and make sure we’re delivering the quality homes and services our residents expect.

Putting residents first
Our latest customer satisfaction results show improvements in a number of areas that matter most to residents. These positive results reflect our ongoing commitment to listening to feedback and making changes that improve the services we provide.
Safe, warm and well‑maintained homes
We’re continuing to invest in our homes to ensure they remain safe, comfortable and well maintained. The report highlights the improvements being delivered across our properties, helping to enhance residents’ living conditions and support long-term quality standards.

Supporting safe communities
The report also provides an update on how we’re managing antisocial behaviour (ASB) and helping to create safe, thriving communities. We investigate and manage ASB cases in line with the legal definition of behaviour that causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress, ensuring a fair and consistent approach for everyone.
Monitoring key services

We continue to closely monitor our performance in areas including:
- Complaints and customer service
- Rent collection
- Empty homes and new lettings
Tracking performance in these areas helps us remain accountable and deliver reliable, efficient services for residents.
Always improving
We know there’s always more to do. By regularly publishing our performance information, we’re committed to being transparent about what’s working well, where improvements have been made and where further work is needed.
Your feedback plays an important role in shaping our services, and we’ll continue to listen and act on what matters most to you.
