Help with mental health

Mental health refers to a person’s emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how individuals think, feel, and act, and it also influences how they handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health problems can arise from various factors, including genetics, life experiences, and environmental stressors.

Conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress are common and can impact daily life. It’s important to recognise that mental health is just as vital as physical health, and maintaining mental well-being is essential for a fulfilling life. Everyone’s mental health can fluctuate, and it’s perfectly normal to experience periods of struggle. Seeking support is an important step in managing and improving mental health.

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, there are several ways to get help.
