If your electrics trip you can reset them.
You should unplug everything from the plug sockets, reset the electrics and then plug everything in one by one to identify what is tripping the electrics.

You are likely to have a sealed fitting in your bathroom.
These can be accessed and the bulbs can be changed yourself. Please attempt to change the bulb yourself initially.
