We’re committed to providing the best possible services for everyone living in our homes.
That’s why we’re conducting a Resident Census this year.
We want to know how we can deliver our services in ways that meet your needs and ensure the information we have is up to date.
We will ask questions about you and other people who live in your home. You may be asked to take part by email, text, phone call or during one of our normal visits. Just a few minutes of your time will help us understand changes that we can make for you.
Knowing you better will help us to improve services, but it is up to you if you would like to take part.

We are committed to ensuring our services meet their expectations and are delivered in a way that is right for them. We aim to contact every customer living in one our homes and gain the insight to help us to tailor and improve the services we deliver. I am looking forward to seeing the results and how they will help us continue to transform.”

It allows us to ensure our communication is clear, our services are accessible, and we meet our customers’ needs. It also means that as we continue improving, we can work with residents to develop our Neighbourhood Plans and make changes to services that take account of people’s diverse needs. The Resident Census will help us to improve the experience for all our customers and give us the insight to help us provide a better and more personalised service.”
