Charlie Norman, our recently appointed Chair of the Board (pictured on the left below) said,

“ Our new Business Strategy is one to be proud of. We have talked with residents, colleagues and partners from across our 1,000 square miles, ensuring voices from every community have helped shape our new Strategy. I am excited to be the new Chair of the Board and to see the vision of SLH come to life. Our three strategic themes — QualityHomes, Quality Services and Quality People – sit at the heart of everything we do. This strategy truly reflects who we are and what we stand for, reinforcing that everyone belongs at SLH. ”

Pam Mastrantonio, Chief Executive (pictured 6th from the left) said,

” The launch of our new Business Strategy marks an exciting step forward for South Lakes Housing. It has been a privilege to help shape it alongside residents, colleagues and partners, ensuring it is firmly grounded in quality, value for money and inclusivity. Together, we will build on the strengths of our uniquely beautiful place, focusing on what matters most: getting the basics right, supporting our people, and delivering consistently for our residents. I am really looking forward to everything we will achieve next. ”

Karl Tchumak – Housing & Communities Committee member (pictured 5th from the left) said,

“ As a member of the Housing & Communities Committee, I am really proud of our new Business Strategy. It truly puts residents at the heart of everything we do. I especially value how residents were involved in shaping the strategy and how our views have genuinely been listened to. It’s clear that our feedback has influenced the final outcome, making this a strategy we can all feel connected to. The introduction of a Resident Committee will help ensure the resident voice is heard at every level of the organisation, creating a clear golden thread between residents and decision‑making across the business. ”
