If you use the *allpay app to pay your rent, you need to take action.
From Monday 11 May 2026, the allpay app and website are changing to allpayments. To keep paying your rent without interruption, you must move to the new allpayments service.
(*allpay is the payment provider we use to receive rent payments.)
What’s changing?
• The allpay app will close on Sunday 10 May 2026
• A new allpayments app will replace it
• The allpay website will redirect to a new allpayments website from Monday 11 May 2026
If you use the allpay app
If you currently use the allpay app to pay your rent, you must download the new allpayments app before Monday 11 May 2026.
The new app is available to download now from:
• Google Play (Android)
• App Store. (Apple)
Please note:
• The new app is separate from the old one
• The old allpay app will stop working after Sunday 10 May
• You will need to install the allpayments app to continue making payments
If you use the allpay website
If you pay your rent via the allpay website, you don’t need to download anything.

From Monday 11 May 2026, you’ll be automatically redirected to the new allpayments website at:
Your login details stay the same
Whether you use the app or the website:
• Your login details will not change
• Once you sign in, your account information will automatically move across to the new allpayments service
