Once on our waiting list, you will be contacted by our Sales Team when we launch a new development. The application process will be explained at that point and listed below is what to expect:
You will be asked to fill out the SLH Application Form which will be sent out to you if you wish to apply. We will then be in touch to inform you of the next stages of the application process. These will involve:
- Contact from Metro Finance who will carry out an affordability and sustainability assessment
- Should your affordability assessment be successful you will be asked to supply a variety of documents including photoID, bank statements, payslips and any other necessary information
We ask that all necessary forms and documents are returned in a timely manner. Once all forms and documents have been returned and you have been assessed as eligible, we will ask you to pay a reservation fee of £350 (fully refundable at completion).
