South Lakes Housing residents are being offered fully funded training and local job opportunities through a new partnership with CIDORI, Auxicia, and Kendal College.
Funding has been secured specifically for our community, meaning eligible residents can access free training, confidence‑building support, and help into employment, apprenticeships, or further education. This initiative forms part of our ongoing commitment to supporting residents to develop skills, build confidence, and access meaningful work.

• Personal development and resilience support
• Support into work, including a guaranteed interview or help finding employment
Who can apply?
