Hello and welcome to ‘South Lakes News & Views’, our brand-new resident newsletter. I’m Pam Mastrantonio, and I’m proud to be writing to you as Chief Executive of South Lakes Housing.
Since joining the organisation, I’ve been inspired by the strong sense of community, the commitment of our teams, and the passion our residents bring to shaping the future of their homes and neighbourhoods.
This newsletter is a celebration of your voices and our shared progress. It reflects the work we’ve all done together over the last financial year 2024/25 and until now – from improving building safety and investing in warm homes, to strengthening resident engagement and launching new ways to listen and respond.
I’m especially pleased to see how resident feedback has directly influenced our plans. Whether through committee involvement, consultation workshops, or everyday conversations, your input is helping us make better decisions and deliver services that truly meet your needs.
