If you are a permanent SLH customer, we may be able to provide adaptations to assist with day-to-day activities in your home free of charge or you may qualify for assistance through Social Services.
Being independent and staying in your own home is very important.
There is help available get around or do some of the things you used to find much easier to do.
There are lots of ways of making changes to your home to make it safer for you including:
