Each one reflects something important: keeping people safe, supporting our communities, treating colleagues fairly, and creating a welcoming home for everyone.
We’ve signed up to a number of national pledges and standards.
Each one reflects something important: keeping people safe, supporting our communities, treating colleagues fairly, and creating a welcoming home for everyone.
Better Health at Work Award – BronzeWe achieved the Bronze Better Health at Work Award because we care about the wellbeing of our staff. Healthy teams provide better support to residents. This award helps us run wellbeing activities, encourage healthy habits, and look after the people who look after you.

Cyber Essentials Plus shows that our digital systems have been independently checked and tested to make sure they are secure. This matters for residents because it helps protect your personal information and reduces the risk of cyber‑attacks affecting the services you rely on.
Disability Confident Employer (Level 2)We became a Disability Confident Employer because we want to break down barriers for disabled people. This means we commit to inclusive recruitment, supporting disabled colleagues, and creating services that work better for disabled residents too. When our workforce is diverse and supported, our services are stronger and more understanding.
HouseProud LGBTQ+ Housing PledgeWe signed the HouseProud pledge because your home should be a place where you can be yourself. This pledge helps us work with LGBTQ+ residents to make our services more inclusive, improve how we respond to any discrimination, and ensure staff understand LGBTQ+ experiences.
Living Wage EmployerWe pay the real Living Wage because we believe the people who support our communities should earn a wage based on the real cost of living. When staff are valued and treated fairly, residents benefit from more motivated, stable and committed teams.
Make a Stand – Domestic Abuse PledgeWe joined the Make a Stand pledge because everyone deserves a safe home. This national campaign helps housing organisations put the right policies and support in place for anyone experiencing domestic abuse. It guides us to make sure information is easy to find, staff are trained, and help is always available if you need it.

We joined the Mindful Employer Charter because we want a workplace where mental health is understood and supported. This means colleagues feel safe to speak up and get help when they need it — and that means you’re served by people who feel supported, calm, and able to give their best.

As an adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard (SRS), we publicly report on our environmental, social and governance work. This helps us stay open and transparent about things like building safe homes, reducing carbon, supporting communities, and managing our organisation responsibly. You can see exactly how we’re performing and what we’re improving.
