When will the Annual Gas Service be carried out?
This year's servicing programme will commence
April 2010 and will run until
November 2010.
If you are unsure when your service is due, please feel free to
contact us on 0845 057 0080.
An appointment will automatically be sent to you 28 days before
the service is due. This will enable you to agree the time
slot or change the date if it is not convenient. This can be
done by contacting
Rogerson Homeserve+.
We will contact you prior to your appointment date to ensure we
can gain access to your home. You have a duty under your
Tenancy Agreement to allow us access to your property.
If our engineer is unable to gain access, he will leave a card
requesting that you contact Rogerson Homeserve+ to re-arrange
the appointment. If you do not contact Rogerson Homeserve+,
they will send you a second appointment.
By not allowing access on the first
visit, you will miss out on entry in to a £250 prize draw!
If after 3 appointments, we have been unable to complete the
required service (which are required by law) you will recieve a
legal letter within 24 hours for which you will have 7 days to
contact Rogerson Homeserve+ to arrange access before we start legal
proceedings. If necessary, we will take court action which
could, in the worst case, result in eviction.
Please do not ignore the appointments as they may put your
safety and the safety of others at risk.
