How has the work progressed?
In the past four years, South Lakes Housing has given all
of our tenants the opportunity to have their home upgraded to
the government's Decent Homes standard by Bramalls
Construction Ltd.
We are currently working throughout the South Lakeland area to
provide tenants who were previously unable to have any work carried
out to their home a second opportunity through our mop-up
programme. The mop up programme will only included properties
where no work was carried out.
During the four year partnership between South Lakes Housing
and Bramall Construction, we have also been able to help the
