Neighbour Mediation Service
“Why not consider mediation? Everyone wants to live in
peace with their neighbours, but if your life’s a misery because of
a dispute with people around you, mediation could be the
answer. South Lakes Housing has an agreement with Mediation
Services to provide our tenants with this service.
Their independent experts don't take sides; they will help you find
a long-term solution that suits everyone. Mediators listen to
both points-of-view. They don't judge people as 'right' or
'wrong'. And the service is FREE for the people in
dispute. If, having thought about the above, you still have
problems then contact us.
If you have a problem which needs urgent action, please
telephone your local housing office right away. You can also
visit your local housing office and discuss your problem in
private.
