Thumbs Up for Repairs!
Our customers tell us that response repairs is a top
priority and we pay close attention to how customers rate the
quality of this service. Well it’s the end of another year of
gathering tenants views and a third of our tenants who had had a
repair done (33%) told us what they think about the responsive
repairs service by returning a satisfaction rating slip.
District wide we achieved a fantastic 99% satisfied rating
with our day to day repairs service. Even more remarkably
over 90% of our customers rate the response repairs service they
get as either excellent or good, a slight improvement since SLH was
set up.
We always get top marks for the attitude of workers, keeping
dirt and mess to a minimum and the overall quality of the
work. Of course where work takes a little longer to get
started this can have a bearing on overall satisfaction.
