This number is not a replacement for Emergency Services and in an emergency you should call 999.

It may not be convenient for you to call SLH during office hours. This telephone number is for people wishing to report an incident to SLH wheen it suits them. Sometimes it is better to report it straight away when it is fresh in your memory.

You can call the message line at any time during the night and all weekend. Your message will be recorded and a Housing Officer will get back to you within the appropriate timescales. The priority given to complainants will vary according to the seriousness of the behaviour complained of and its effect on the complainant.
