You can make a complaint
We will try to resolve these issues immediately, where the
matter cannot be resolved by the person you speak to, we will
- Acknowledge your enquiry within 2 days
and
- Provide a full explanation within 10 days
We welcome comments and suggestions, enquiries, requests for
service, information or explanation of South Lakes Housing policies
or practices but these are not treated as complaints.
