How to make a complaint:

SLH will try to resolve these issues immediately, where the matter cannot be resolved by the person you speak to, we will:
- Acknowledge your enquiry within 2 days and
- Provide a full explanation within 10 days
SLH welcomes comments, suggestions, enquiries, requests for service, information or explanations about policies or practices. These type of enquiries will not be treated as complaints and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
If you wish to make a complaint about SLH, its staff, contractors or services and you prefer to put your complaint in writing then please write to :
