Housing allocations - rehousing decision appeal
You can ask us to review a decision we have made about:
- your eligibility to join the register
- the number of points you have been awarded
- If we have refused to make an offer of accommodation on the
grounds of your anti-social behaviour
- removing your name from the register in situations other
than:-
- if you fail to renew your application on the due date
- if we have decided you are unsuitable for sheltered housing
accommodation
- If you disagree with the number of points awarded in relation
to a housing application or special needs assessment
If you disagree with the decision you must write to the Chief
Executive of South Lakes Housing at the address
below within 21 days of receiving the decision letter or an
outcome occurring. A Senior Officer who was not involved in
the original decision will review your case and you will be
notified in writing of the outcome of the review.
