The Maintenance Team
The Maintenance Team are responsible
for two main areas of work:
Day-to-day repairs
This team is headed by Tom Lynch and
includes the maintenance surveyors and our own building team.
It delivers over 10,000 repairs a year. They also adapt properties
for people with disabilities and prepare empty properties for new
tenants.
Planned improvements
Their work includes major
improvements, external painting and gas servicing which is handled
by external contractors. This team will be responsible for the huge
development programme that will bring all Council homes up to
the
Decent Homes
standard by 2009, view the
