The Housing Team
The housing services team consists of four Senior Housing
Officers and five Housing Officers.
Senior Housing Officers have responsibilities for estate
management, house allocations, void property management, rent
arrears recovery, and supervise their Housing Officers
each.
Our Housing Officers each look after and provide housing
services for one of our three housing management patches
- four Housing Officers are based in Kendal and one
is based in Ulverston.
Staff operate in accordance with quality assured procedures
which have been developed and continuously improved over
time.
