As Chief Executive I am now responsible for delivering of housing services to Council tenants. This means I must ensure we fulfil their expectations and the trust they placed in us when they voted to set up a separate management organisation. 

 

I also answer to the Council who must be satisfied that the management fee they give us is being well spent and that we are meeting tenants needs. I report to the Board of Directors who govern the company and have to know the company is financially sound and well-managed.  

 

Last but not least I am responsible for the 140 staff who are coping well with a time of great change yet also managing to deliver many improvements to your services. Please keep letting us know how we can improve further to meet your needs.
