Business Plan 2011 -12

This Business Plan is a long-term plan for managing the Council' housing assets and financing the necessary investments. The Plan is based on the Government's new financial framework and enables the Council and tenants to make informed housing policy and investment decisions to ensure the long-term viability of the housing stock.
