Performance
We aim to provide the highest levels of services to our
customers and in order to achieve this we believe we need to
constantly monitor our performance.
Here at SLH we monitor performance on a monthly basis and
report to customers and stakeholders such as the Board, Council and
Tenants' Committee quarterly.
We monitor performance through Performance Indicators (PIs)
which cover a range of housing services. These indicators
provide measurement guidelines and targets so that we know how well
we are performing. You can download the following quarterly
