    Customer Engagement Partner Job Description

    As a Customer Engagement Partner, your role involves closely collaborating with customers to ensure their feedback is acknowledged, acted upon and considered in decision-making processes. 

    You will:

    • Lead on a variety of engagement opportunities for our customers and stakeholders, obtain customer insight and measure the impact it has on services and performance.
    • Help to develop a co-creation and co-regulation culture to influence the services we provide to customers, including tenants, shared owners and leaseholders.
    • Help to support and develop the new residents forum.
    • Develop links with key stakeholders and assist in organising community events that support the development of cohesive communities.

    Team Leader (Repairs) – Job Description

    As Team Leader in the Homes directorate, you will provide day-to-day supervision and management of colleagues in the provision of a Right First Time Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Maintenance service, supporting the Repairs Manager in monitoring, planning, organising and delivery of high-quality services for our customers.

    You will appoint and manage several small sub-contracts and will ensure a ‘Customer First’ service is delivered.

    Data Analyst Apprenticeship – Job Description

    As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing information and data to support business decision-making and reporting.

    This is an exciting 2-year development programme which offers a mixture of on-the-job training where you will gain exposure to key areas of our business enabling you to gain a rounded, in-depth understanding of fundamental principles, techniques, and the workplace behaviours. As part of this dynamic mix, you will also undertake the academic element of your programme.     Project Management Team Leader – Job Description

    As Project Manager, you will be responsible for all Project Management activities, from inception to completion, in the delivery of our Decent Homes, Sustainability and Neighbourhood Improvement Works. You will also be responsible for the management and delivery of our cyclical maintenance programme and will drive a ‘Customer First’ focussed approach through all our services.
